CULINARY ACADEMY
The first year of study at the BHMS Culinary Academy introduces yesterday's students to the basics of culinary skills, the field of public catering and the restaurant business. Students acquire basic skills during practical training in BHMS's own educational kitchen and consolidate them during a six-month paid internship in restaurants, cafes and bars in Switzerland.

The Postgraduate Diploma in Culinary Arts program is designed specifically for those who have graduated, but want to radically change the direction of their own career and turn their love of culinary into a profession.
